Chapter 1
All the members of the group that go to Indian Island arrive on a train.

IN this chapter we first heard the nursery rhym about the ten little indian boys.
Chapter 3
The characters are very suprised to hear the swan song and who they all killed.
Mrs. Rogers fainted.
Chapter 4
The characters talk about the killings.
Anthony died because of choking.
Chapter 5
Vera makes the connection with the first line of the poem and Anthony's death.
All the characters are thinking about the swan swan song.
Chapter 6
Dr. Armstrong had a scary dream about being drunk on duty.
Mrs. Rogers died in her sleep.
Chapter 7
In this chapter, we find out that Beatrice Taylor took her own life.
Vera thinks that Mrs. Brent drove Beatrice mad so she took her own life.
Chapter 8
The characters talk about how Marston died.
Blore, Dr. Armstrong, and Lombard searched the island to see if there was any other people on the island or any hiding places.
Chapter 9
Lombard says that a little Jew boy paid him 100 guineas to come to the island.
The characters think that one of the people left on the island is Mr. Owen.
Chapter 10
Mr. Rogers locked up the door to the dining room and kept the key so no one could steal the little indian boys.
Phillip and Vera discuss about who they think is the killer.
Chapter 11
Mr. Rogers died because he was hit in the back of the head with an axe.
Vera had a laugh attack about bees and their hive and that was how the next person was going to die.
Chapter 12
Mrs. Brent died because she was stabbed in her neck with Dr. Armstrong's syringe.
All the characters come together and collect all of the guns and other leathel weapons. As it turns out Lombards gun was gone.
Blore finds out where the china figure was thrown and where the syringe was. As it turns out, the china figure and syringe were thrown out the window.

Wargrave was shot in the head and was dressed in a judges costume.
Vera was almost scared to death because a piece of seaweed was hanging from the ceiling. The seaweed touched her neack and she thought is was a wet hand.
Chapter 14
Blore died because a bear shaped clock in the head from Vera's room.
Armstrong was found dead wedged in between some rocks.
Chapter 15
Lombard and Vera find Armstrong.
The characters were trying to give signals to the main island.
Chapter 16
Vera killed Lombard with a gun.
Vera hung herself.
Epilouge
Sir Thomas Leege and Inspector Main talk about how all the characters died.
The two men talk about who killed all of them, but soon come to the conclusion it was one of them!
Manuscript
Lawrance writes a letter and tells he is the one who killed the characters.
In this letter Lawrence also tells how he did it.
Climax - I think the climax is when the characters left on Indian Island figure out that one of the characters is the killer.
Good guess, Sarah. The climax occurs when the book/story takes a twist. In this book, that would be when Justice Wargrave fakes his death. Up until that time, everyone things he is in control, and they look to him for leadership and advice. Now he's gone!!! Even though HE knows he's not dead, no one else does except for Dr. Armstrong - and he's the next one to turn up dead. From Wargrave's death on, the falling action starts to occur until we get to the manuscript, where everything gets explained. That would be the resolution because now the mystery is solved! Thomas and Ethel Rogers Thomas and Ethel Rogers are butlers in the house o Indian Isnd. They are accused of killing Jennifer Brady on May 6th, 1929.

foreshadowing 1- "It's of no consequence," said the judge. "Very vague woman-and practically unreadable handwriting. I was just wondering if I'd come to the wrong house." (pg 35) I think this is an example of foreshadowing because maybe their will be a clue with hndwriting on it.
2- Drowned....Found drowned....Drowned at sea....Drowned-drowned-drowned.... No she would not think of it! All of that was over.... (pg 32) I think this is an example of foreshadowing because now I know that Vera is afraid of the sea because of a memory, and maybe that will play later in in the story.
3- Ten little Indian boys went out to dine; One choked his little self and then there were Nine. Nine little Indian boys sat up very late; One overslept himself and then there were Eight. Eight little Indian boys traveling in Devon; One said he'd stay there and then there were Seven. Seven little Indian boys chopping up sticks; One chopped himself in halves and then there were Six. Six little Indian boys playing with a hive; A bumblebee stung one and then there were Five. Five little Indian boys going in for law; One got into Chancery and then there were Four. Four little Indian boys going out to sea; A red herring swallowed one and then there were Three. Three little Indian boys walking in the Zoo; A big bear hugged one and then there were Two. how does a mystery novel differ from a narrative?
how might the title be a clue to the story?
Assignment: Add a new page and name it LAST NAME + AND THEN THERE WERE NONE. Create a link from your page to the student pages. On your new page, answer the two questions above in one solid paragraph. In the second paragraph, make one prediction - something that you think might happen or something that you might expect about a character in the story.
A narrative is basicly just any story weather true or fictitious. A Novel is a fictitious story that is almost all of the time very complex and long. In some ways a novel and a narrative are the same, but I would say the biggest differance is length and complexity. I think the title might be a clue to the story because the title is And Then There Were None, so maybe there will be no people left in the end of the story. The title might also help because when I am reading the story Ican think of the title and then I could predict what happens in the rest of the book. Something that I predict in the story is that the character that is the least suspecting will be the one who murders another person. I think this because all mysteries have to have a suprise in the book at some point. I also think this because for a story to be good it has to lead you on to keep reading the book, and alot of people have said they liked it so it must make you want to read on.
